১. পণ্য ভাঙা বা নষ্ট হয়ে গেলে
কুরিয়ারে আসার সময় পণ্য ভেঙে বা নষ্ট হয়ে গেলে আমরা তা আংশিক অথবা সম্পূর্ণভাবে পরিবর্তন করে দিই, সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে। এই সুবিধা পেতে পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নম্বরে (+880 01722600582) আনবক্সিং ভিডিও প্রমাণ হিসেবে পাঠাতে হবে। যোগাযোগ পাওয়ার পর আমরা এক সপ্তাহের মধ্যে সমস্যার সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করি।
২. পণ্য পছন্দ না হলে
আমরা ওয়েবসাইট ও সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় হাই-কোয়ালিটি ছবি ও ভিডিওর মাধ্যমে পণ্য সম্পর্কে সঠিক ধারণা দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি। তারপরও পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর পছন্দ না হলে, আমরা পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য রিফান্ড করে দিই। এক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হবে।

Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return and refund policy is outlined below:
1. Product Damaged or Broken in Transit
If a product arrives broken or damaged during courier delivery, we will replace it, either partially or fully, at no cost to the customer. To claim this, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and send an unboxing video as proof via WhatsApp to (+880) 01722600582. Once we receive your message, we aim to resolve the issue within one week.
2. Product Not Liked
We showcase our products through high-quality photos and videos on our website and social media to give customers an accurate idea of what they’re ordering. However, if a customer still doesn’t like the product after receiving it, we offer a full refund of the product price. In this case, the customer is responsible for the courier charges.
